About Me

I don’t stop when I’m TIRED.
I stop when I’m DONE.

I have over 4 years of experience combined working in Retail Store as a sales assistant and in a Magazine Company as their IT Department, I am proficient on time management, problem-solving, communications and especially customer service.

In addition, before I was working in a retail store and magazine company, I worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, volunteering at Church as the head of Sound department and also taking some certification on the side such as MTA and CCNA certification, etc. Which provides me to have standardized qualification skills in the area, also extra skills such as graphic design and sound system knowledge to provide other skills that may be utilized in the future.

Web / Graphic Design

I have always been interested in design since I know Photoshop. I win my first flyer design competition in 2014, back in middle school.

IT Support

I have over 2 years of experience working as an IT support in an office environment with exceptional customer service support delivery.

Photography

Since I’m working at Indomedia, I got the chance to take photographs of lifestyle events. Fair to say, it triggers my interest in photography.

Sound Mixing

Growing up at church has taught me a lot of things. One of the thing that interests me the most is sound mixing live music.

Working in Company “CLEMENGER”

2020 - Current (Full-Time)

I'm currently working in Advertising Company "CLEMENGER GROUP" (1 Year +).

Job Title: Network Support

Job Description:
  • Assisting with the network and system-related issues and providing technical support, relating to network issues including, system software, application software, hardware, workstations and servers.
  • Install, configure, maintain and upgrade servers and networking components such as switches, access points, routers, patch panels, etc and upgrade as required.
  • Regularly validate backup jobs, restore, recover and test data from the backup system as required.
  • Support security policies such as password controls and computer settings and review/ update associated documentation/instructions as required.
  • Assisting with the scheduled upgrade on network infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and evaluating network performance and communicating with senior engineers about network infrastructure status to ensure they are operating at optimal performance.
  • Monitor network using networking tools to ensure clients are on the correct subnets with optimal network performance.
  • Monitor and analyse complex network and system designs under the guidance of senior engineers and assist in the development of infrastructure along with configuration and integration of computer systems.
  • Performing audit tasks to review the current process and highlight / escalate security vulnerabilities if need be.
  • Documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and ensuring all issues are resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Providing on-site, off-site and remote assistance to Agency employees experiencing network-related issues. This assistance extends to Agency Clients.
  • Monitoring network security by checking firewalls and other resources within the infrastructure.

Job Description:
  • Provided support in the workplace and also on-call support if necessary.
  • In charge of Troubleshooting and fixing IT related problems in the office for Mac & Windows based Operating system.
  • Handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting and software installations.
  • In charge of communicating with website server hosting and other vendors for any related problems that occur and need an emergency fix.
  • In charge of the websites produced by Indomedia and others within the same company including developing, maintaining and updating the websites.

  • Helping Customers to find the correct and best product of what they need.

  • Stock refilling for all aisle excluding cosmetics.
  • In charge of service calls when needed to the register.
  • Price mark-ups/down depending on the update from headquarters.

Working as Volunteer “Audio/Visual”

I have worked as a volunteer at church from 2010, since middle school. ( Department of Audio & Visual  )

I have been at the church my whole life. I have contributed to many things at church but since middle school, I have always been interested in the sound system. Therefore, I have always in charge of sound & visual from before at KEGA (Indonesia) and now at BOCMC (Australia).

Job Description:

  • In charge of setting up and the maintenance of audio/visual equipment, operating sound check and live sound mixing, coordinating powerpoint slides, song lyrics, camera work and also all other technical sides of media and sound system matter.
  • Church Retreat camps involved the setup of mobile audio equipment and operating the live sound mixing for recording the sessions and photography of camp activities.
  • Responsible to troubleshoot problems to maintain the services/sessions to run smoothly throughout the day/event.
  • Responsible for church website development.
